Sugarfoot are a prominent 5-piece Country and Americana band based on the edge of the English Lake District. Known as Cumbria’s country music pioneers, they blend original songs with classic covers and regularly perform at local festivals.

For over 20 years Sugarfoot have brought a taste of Nashville to the Lake District and beyond. They blend country and western covers with their own original music.

Vocalists Sarah Capstick and Ailsa McIntosh are accompanied by Leanne Corbett Jones on drums and Graeme Park on keyboard and guitar.

Last time they played the Heron the gig was sold out. Buy your tickets early to avoid disappointment.
