One of the best loved of Noel Coward’s plays, Hay Fever follows the antics of the awful Bliss family in June 1924. Coward explodes the idea of ‘the country house weekend’ with hilarious consequences.
Each member of the Bliss family has invited a weekend guest but omitted to tell the rest of the family: chaos ensues, and allegiances are made and broken.

If you have seen a Warton Drama Group production before you will know that we are in for another treat. The acting, direction and stage craft is just so professional.
Their production of The Railway Children was just wonderfully entertaining. The Dumb Waiter and Betrayal were so clever. Uncle Vanya was a classic. Now they bring us the utterly delightful Hay Fever.
