4 in 1 play music from the African American tradition, paying tribute to artists such as Thelonious Monk, Benny Golson, Charlie Parker and Dizzy Gillespie.

Led by Jamil Sheriff who was described in The Times as ‘an excellent northern pianist who brings together a range of classic, contemporary, and urban approaches’, this is a swinging and joyful affair that promises to remind you of all your favourite musicians.

Expect a few twists along the way – the group do things their own way!
